Book Fair @ Suntec City

Miss Vain in action ......


We went to the Book Fair this week when Missy had her 'day off' from Wednesday lesson. Having her to finish her lunch before heading down to Suntec was a nightmare! Mommy almost wanted to call off the outing cos this little Missy simply dun cooperate, she refused to eat her lunch! Mommy was like a fool, walking around the house with Missy, and feeding her when she feels like eating.. totally stressed out!


Can you believe that Missy is dancing around while Mommy is trying to feed her..!!

At the fair, Missy enjoyed choosing her books and taking them off the shelves. Without much say, she headed to the Barney books section. To Missy.. Barney will make her a happy Bunny....

A Working Day for Two Princesses...

Today is the 1st day that both Missy and 'Michelin' report for work on a sat. Can easily tell that Missy enjoyed walking around and snacking on her favourite cream biscuit.

How Mommy wish that Missy would be as enthusiastic about eating her meals as to her snack time (Times are hard.. having Missy to eat her meals is like a nightmare.. there were times when she just refused her meals or walked around the house and eat only when she felt like it (she just refused to sit still).. it's a test of Mommy's patience!!)

Naomi's 'Bob' Hair Cut

Missy trimed her hair @ the Junior League for the second time. Not that she loves it, but she loves the 'entertainment' at the salon. For S$20, she could get her personalised Barney Show on screen, her stickers and a ballon and this makes her a happy bunny for the day. Sweet 16th Month!!

Missy turned sixteen month today.. time flies!! She is learning more everyday..when she watched her favourite Barney Song, she knows how to do 'Butterfly' with her little hands =D When you sing the 1st sentence of Barney's theme song, she will 'lalalala' along when you asked her to continue the next sentence, isn't this so cute! When presenting her a basket of fruits (apple, mango, pear, banana and orange), Missy is able to name each fruit correctly (Mommy is so impressed keke). New words to her collection this week.. trains, worms, orange, butterfly (but she kept pronouncing as ba-cai, which till date, Mommy still could'nt figure it out) and hotdog.

Mommy brought Missy to the library on Wednesday (it's been a long time since we were there. Remembered the last time to the library, she was still in the cozy womb). She loves the library! When she was there, she walked by herself and headed straight to the shelves and picked up some big books. This little bookworm even made friends with some of the Kor Kor and Jie Jie in the library. There was this little boy whom Missy kept chasing him to play with (FYI, little Missy is a sociable little gal when comes to little friends)

Saturday Lunch with Lewis & Janice @ Au Petit Salut @ Dempsey

Today lunch is for the celebration of Lewis Kor Kor and Janice Jie Jie Wedding Soleminisation. Little Missy have'nt been meeting them for over a month and both were happy to see Missy growing up so well and she being such a happy baby. Missy loved to play Peek-a-boo with Janice that both were having so much fun today!



Mommy had a busy time entertaining Missy cos she kept wanting to walk and explore the surrounding (She loved the yard garden cos there are fishes, plants etc to 'amuse' her!!). She made friends with one little gal at the resturant who was busy walking around too! The little gal (she is just a month older than Missy) was a bit overwhealm when Missy tried to hold her hand and say 'hi' Missy loves little friends!!



The parting was sad for Missy that she sets her crying, waving relectantly to the resturant and say 'bye' n do her 'flying kisses' .. =( Think it's time to head back soon.. Hmmmm....
